He Has Been On Every Side Of The Deal
For two decades, Perry Sanford has built, scaled, and sold businesses across healthcare, fitness, retail and salons, auto repair, paint and body, and real estate development. That range made him a valuable asset in commercial real estate, where he built his own firm, Perry’s Realty Group, alongside his own insurance agency.
Perry has been a tenant, a landlord, a property owner, and a business owner. He has signed the lease, collected the rent, made payroll, and carried the risk. When he sits down with a client, he understands what they need from every side of the deal, and what the other side is looking for too.
Perry has leased and sold commercial buildings, land, and residential and office properties across Central Texas. He prices and markets each property on the right platforms so it reaches the right audience.
He is also an active developer on his own projects. That hands-on experience lets him help clients find land and properties to develop, then guide them from start to finish: site selection, due diligence, financing, build-out, and exit.
